Jim Buck Golf Recreation Complex Bathhouse - This structure is approximately 7,000 square feet under roof and is built with ribbed split-face concrete block, 18" concrete columns, and a standing seam metal roof. This project was completed approximately 3 weeks ahead of schedule.

PROJECT NAME Ochlocknee Fire Station
LOCATION: Ochlocknee, GA
COMPLETED: Fall 2004

Ochlocknee Fire Station - On this project, the owner chose to save some of the construction cost and self-perform some of the work themselves. PDC Construction was able to help them with that process in order to achieve their goals.

PROJECT NAME Pelham Banking Company
LOCATION: Pelham, GA
COMPLETED: September 2002

Pelham Banking Company - This project involved extensive renovation to the interior and exterior of the bank. We were able to complete this project on time without the bank losing any operational time; this was done with proper scheduling and constant coordination with bank personnel.
